At Ejiro’s Place & Spa, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products and services, we have established the following return policy to ensure safety, hygiene, and fairness.
1. Products (Skincare, Beauty Items, Retail Products)
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 7–14 days of purchase
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products
- Personal care items
- Gift cards or promotional items
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos as proof
- We will offer a replacement or refund
2. Spa Services
Refund Policy for Services
- All spa services are non-refundable once performed
- If you are unsatisfied, please inform us immediately so we can address your concerns
Prepaid Packages & Memberships
- Packages are non-refundable but may be transferable (conditions apply)
- Unused sessions may have an expiration date
3. Appointment Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:
- Loss of deposit, or
- Deduction from your package/session
4. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for eligible products:
- Item must meet return conditions
- Exchange requests must be made within the allowed return period
5. Refund Process
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
